Where is my order?

Most of our scripts are delivered instantly via instant download, Unless otherwise stated. In this instance those will be delivered via email directly from the developer. This helps us to provide clear install instructions for these scripts.

I ordered install, How long does it take?

Our installation service can take a maximum of 24 hours, However this is very rare and in most cases it is complete within a few hours of the order.

Do you do custom mod requests?

Yes, Our rates start at £25 an hour for custom mod requests, However this rate can increase depending on the complexity of the script. A non refundable advance is required on any custom written script request. Please contact us to discuss in detail.

Do your server packs work on Zap?

Yes, our server packs are compatible with ZapHosting. They also include the files required to install on a VPS/Dedicated box.

Are your scripts ESX v1.1 compatible?

No, Our scripts are written exclusively for esx 1.2Final and ESX Legacy now. If you are unsure of the version you have. Our esx basic pack comes ready to support all of our scripts.

What is your refund policy?

We have a NO REFUND policy on all digital products, This includes both standalone scripts and our server packs, Please ensure you are purchasing the correct product.

How do I access your demo servers?

You can access out demo servers using the IP and ports listed on or server packs page. The IP for available demo servers can also be found on the product page. Open the console in game and type connect IP:Port
